Monday's are a day I look forward to every week because I get to spend it creativity with some amazing people. Mixed Media Monday's are so fun and I have lots to thank for that. This week I stretched a bit and played with some new things (well, old things I had tucked away in the drawers).
HERE is what we painted LIVE:
MATERIALS LIST: Paper-Strathmore Mixed Media Vellum Surface, Paints, Gesso and Acrylic Sealer (Matte) - Decoart (Americana Colors: Orchid, Desert Turquoise, White Wash), PanPastels, Pens - Sharpie, Uniball Signo White and Charocoal Pencil 3B, Lindy's Stamp Gang Sprays (Bachelor Buttons Blue, Tibetan Poppy Teal, Tifany Lou Blue, Freaky Frankin-Lime, Cotton Candy Pink), Stencils, - The Crafter's Workshop (TCW139, TCW133S, TCW260)
If you missed it LIVE it is recorded for your viewing pleasure and available on my YouTube Channel http://www.youtube.com/user/TraceB5.
I love how I said I was going to keep the piece simple and I just kept going......
"I Am" is our official challenge for March and I will post that this week as well! I am looking forward to the pieces you come up with from this evening. Thank you EVERYONE who was able to be there LIVE and participate with the chat. What a great night and a collaboration.
Remember to join the Facebook Group HERE and share your projects! Remember to share your work there! I love to see MMM-inspired ART! Stay tuned for the March challenge and calendar which I will post soon. I will see you next Monday, March 10th!

Love the stencils you used and the way everything came together. Great job. Shelly Bezona, I believe you mean the b2 pencil she uses to make shadow outlining. Not sure.

Shelley, my favorite pencil I use is a 3B charcoal pencil. It shadows nicely and is fun to play with. Glad you enjoyed!! See you next Monday!
