Sometimes things get a little out of whack in life. Too much work, kids, sports, obligations, emails, etc. Not enough YOU time. Lately I have that the other stuff run me a bit and this morning I decided to take some time to walk my local Grasslands. I am so lucky to live right down the road from some awesome trails (along with great weather) and sometimes I take that for granted.
Sometimes the best way to reign it all back in is to shut down and take some time to just walk....
turn up my music.....
and just take in the surroundings...
and it is good for me too because good food and spirits is catching up with me. Time to burn that off.....
Taking some me time to Breathe and.....
I hope you find that time to rekindle the spirit and move your body. It really does a body and mind good.
"Work to create a life that feels right to YOU, not one that looks right to everyone else. Your life is your message to the world; make sure it’s inspiring. Allow yourself more moments of awe and wonder and passion and grace. Dare to walk alone, and don’t be scared to like it. Remind yourself that you don’t have to do what everyone else is doing. You’ve got to do what’s right for you, even if some people disagree."
I can't wait for the weather to finally clear up so I can start walking outside again. A good walk can certainly clear your head.

So glad someone can have some good weather. We have no school. Again. About 2 feet of snow/ice falling today. I normally like living on the east coast but this is getting ridiculous! So glad I have some art to take me away...
