Ok, I will admit I am going a little doodle-crazy lately but loving a new medium to play with.......Joanne Sharpe and Stephanie Ackerman inspire me so....first off, it takes little supplies and can be done right from my bed. And........it is forcing me to let go! Love their styles and looking to find my own...what is my doodle style that I will incorporate in my own paintings? For now it is opening my artistic brain and expanding my creative muscles!
My latest practices.....
and the developement of my 2nd Grade Doodle Art Girl...
and here she is..........FREE, HAPPY and SIMPLE!
Yep...........not sure I wore a dress like this.....I was more of a corderoy jumpsuit kind of girl but represents the artist in me....colorful! Enjoying this process and love to see where it is taking me. Kicking that Creative Clog to the curb! Happy Saturday: clean the house, dinner with my kiddos, and going doodle crazy!
"Invest your thoughts and time in the things you love. Don’t wait around for too long to get involved in something that moves you. Realize how important it is to be an enthusiast in life. If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, explore it. Get up and go after it. Embrace it, hug it, love it, and above all, let your passion flow freely."
Oh my gosh this is adorable! Love the colors and the freeness (if that is a word!) of it. Some little girl would love that on a canvas in her room! <3

Where did you find that cool three paged journal in the top photo?

Faith, I made those pages by cutting them equally across with an craft knife. Hope that helps!
