Week 2 - September 10th Canvas Art Journal

Thank you for joining me for Week #2 in our canvas art journal!  A recap from Week #1 can be found HERE.  Remember I am listing items I suggest you have on hand but they are not necessary!  I will also make suggestions of substitution products.  Plus you know me......I want you to use what you have on hand.  Plus every page I create turns out different.  Also, you are free to deviate or completely leave the path from what I have created.  I want to see your pages!   Remember we are sharing all our pages HERE

Just a reminder to gesso your 8.5 X 11 " canvas pages in preparation of Monday.  A video can be seen HERE.

Here are some recommended supplies/tools I suggest:

• Paints - DecoArt Acrylic recommended in your favorite colors
• Decoupage - DecoArt (matte or glossy)
• Charcoal Pencil!
• Mists - Maya Road or Tattered Angels
• Ink - (Black and White) India Ink Daler Rowney or Winser Newton
• Flower & Butterfly Punches - Marvy Uchida (any flowers will do)
• Stamp Ink - Marvy Heritage Ink Pads

These are my personal suggestions but remember to use what you have on hand!  Also, Remember there is no obligation to purchase.  Each show will be recorded and every page can be done in your journal or on a canvas.

I like the buttons on the flowers and how the yellow flowers pop nicely. So funny when you could not see that Andy was MOD because your chat was behind. Everyone was so funny on the chat...I had a good time. I think we were all living in the moment!
